Brady Heaps started his college career in Logan, Utah at Utah State University studying Exercise Science. He transferred and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic with both his Bachelor of Science as well as his Doctorate of Chiropractic. As part of his education, he had the opportunity for a preceptorship at the Department of Veteran's Affairs Hospital in Fargo, ND.
Brady married his wife, Lizzy Heaps, in the fall of 2025. They started their marriage by sharing plans and dreams that they both had to have things to build their marriage around and things to look forward to. Amongst one of the more time pressing and ambitious, they decided to train for their first Ironman 70.3 in Boise, ID set for the summer of 2026. After practicing for more than 5 years in Utah and Washington state, Brady and Lizzy decided it was time for them to move on to start their own chiropractic practice.
Mountain biking, skiing, lifting, rollerblading, paddle boarding, and pickleball barely scratch the surface of the activities these two enjoy doing together. At home, if they aren't trying to best each other in a board or yard game, they enjoy attempting to make recipes they find on social media with each other.
